We rank among the market leaders of the EPC+V of Life Science projects, Food Production plants, Healthcare facilities, PV manufacturing and Data Centers.
Through our subsidiary FAB Products, we also represent multiple international manufacturers specialized in cleanroom components and in technology products.

• 1997

  The team gets together for the first time as Solar And Mechanical Group.
  The vision was always to establish long term true partnerships with every customer we have had the pleasure to work with.

• 2000

  Following a multitude of successful projects, the leading German multinational M+W Group chooses us to lead their name in the region.
  We quickly become the one stop shop for turnkey advanced technology projects.

• 2016

  Exploring outside the box, we become a project management hub for DG Jones.
  The company partners with this leading PM group very much active in the project management and quantity survey fields.
  We expand our project management abilities and the company’s global reach.

• 2017

  FAB Italia s.r.l is born in Milano.
  The market of cleanroom EPC has a new leader.
  Our company turn to the international market by establishing the company in Italia.
  We are now in Milano and we serve the globe.

• 2018

  FAB Products is established to become a regional agent for multiple international brands and products’ manufacturers.
  The company expands its products portfolio by forging alliances with other international cleanroom manufacturers.
  We can now offer the full range of cleanroom products from one source.

• 2019

  Further expansion in the region become a must;
  FAB Dubai is formed through a new alliance with a regional pillar of the industry!
  The company and its partners go global. FAB is proudly the preferred EPC + V provider for a multitude of key accounts in the Pharma sector.
  We expand again and go into the exciting Dubai.

• 2020

  FAB is in Beirut, Milano and Dubai.
  We are now operational from three major cities to serve better our customers.

• 2021

  Alliance with Exyte Technology for the MENA region.
  Our path with M+W meet again.
  We agree with Exyte to represent them in the MENA.
  Together we ensure a wider presence for the benefit of our clients.
